The book we are using is The Tao of Music by John Ortiz. There will be a small amount of reading and some exercises using music to deepen our self-awareness of emotional/spiritual reality. The planners have been having fun with it over the summer and we hope you will enjoy it, too. For the first session, just show up—no homework or prep needed.
