1. Call to order and check for quorum.
2. Explanation of why Terry may not want to be chair and why he did not attend meeting with Board.
3. Review minutes from July meeting. Further action that Board is taking to address issues raised to them.
4. Report from Cheryl and Barb on meeting with Board
5. Animals on the premises–What action was taken by the Board
6. Discuss restricted gift of $500.00 for publicity and Cheryl being relieved of publicity responsibilities.
7. Discuss how to improve attendance at Sunday services.
8. Discuss board’s liaison system. (Liaison: communication or cooperation which facilitates a close working relationship between people or organizations.
9. Two Sunday services by Terry.
