· Review membership publicity purpose and responsibilities (different than publicity for specific events)
· Discuss effectiveness regarding what is currently in place (radio ads? Newspaper ads or articles? Word of mouth? Newsletter?)
· Brainstorm ideas
· Discuss use of publicity funds
· Determine possible responsibility changes to recommend to the board.
New Members
· Develop form for new/old members to fill out for Newsletter Bio.
· Provide Information for new members/visitors (Current brochures, what is the status?)
· Explore ways to recruit families
